We are seeking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to supervise and support students during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will be skilled at managing behaviour and engaging and motivating students to remain on task and complete work to the best of their ability.

The Thomas Hardye School is seeking to appoint a highly organised Examinations Manager to take the lead in managing examinations at both Key Stages 4 and 5 within a busy secondary school environment. The successful applicant will problem solve, follow all school policies and procedures, and manage a small team without direct supervision.
You will liaise with other support services in school, as well as teachers and senior leaders to ensure the provision of a compliant and robust examination process. You will have excellent ICT skills, and be a highly competent and effective communicator.
The postholder will supervise and line manage other examination officers, as well as a large team of casual exam invigilators.
We require someone with:
- experience of working in a school in line with examination processes.
- attention to detail and a proven track record of accurate data entry.
- working knowledge of examination administrative requirements of external bodies.
- good understanding of data protection requirements.

We are seeking to appointment a Finance Assistant to support our school finance team. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for assisting school staff in placing orders by sourcing the best value items, and ensuring orders are processed and approved in line with regulations. The role will also involve assisting with other accounting and finance duties under supervision.
