Our most recent whole school inspection was carried out in February 2025, when Thomas Hardye School was judged to be Good.
An inspection of the school’s literacy and numeracy provision was undertaken in February 2009, when provision was also judged to be outstanding.

Remote Learning
Occasionally, students are required to work from home, for example, when weather conditions are extreme and school transport does not run.
In this situation, students should check Arbor for messages from teachers outlining the work that they have been set; Sixth Formers may also need to check Teams.
We have some websites that we use regularly for online work, such as Dr Frost for maths and Seneca Learning for a range of subjects. Teachers might also suggest BBC Bitesize and Oak Academy for additional work.
If a student is off school for any reason, the year team or relevant teachers may send work home in addition to work set for the class on Arbor; students can do additional work from the above websites.
